A Saturday call out with blocked drains is always a daunting call to a plumber but Chris answered all my questions on the phone & put my mind at ease. Chris was incredibly helpful this morning. There is something to be said for personal service. I've had a couple of issues with my gas continuous hot water and rather than come out without query, he was able to talk me through things I may not have considered. He saved me money and time. Good service is hard to come by.

Experiencing a bathroom plug leaking. The matter wasn't urgent but Chris attended very quickly. He is reliable and his manner is genuinely very pleasant. His pricing is also very reasonable.
